Now let's see.....
Tuesday, October 19, 2010 at 11:08 What have I been up to for the last 6 months. Lot's of IV glutathione therapy for "allergies" or rather intolerences. Of course I'm always utilizing lot's of systemic enzyme therapy, and other anti-infammatory botanicls such as Curcumin, MSM, Boswellia, and Flax Oil. It's so hard to concentrate on any one disease or process as I see so many different things every day. I have been feeling it with trying to get as many people on Resveratrol as I can.
The way this nutraceutical works is as follows(by the way a nobel prize was awarded this year to the scientists that figured out why DNA degrades after time). You can picture DNA as a thin rope folded in half. Everytime it replicates, it looses some of its end called a telomere. When there are no more telomeres the DNA is unprotected and it to degrades. No DNA or damaged DNA equals damaged cells or even cancer. Resveratrol stops the telomeres from coming off and thus increasing the cells age.
Yes wine is alright and does contain resveratrol but no one can drink enough in one day to equal a capsule, not even close. There are a lot of good companies making and formulating resveratrol products but one of my favorites is from Biogenesis. Why not attack aging from inside instead of waiting till the outside looks bad?
